Warren B. Wiltshire, Jr
is a Fort Myers native and a graduate of Fort Myers High School. After graduating from the University of Florida, Warren joined Rexford W. Gilliam, CPA, as a staff accountant and remained after the formation of Allen & Gilliam, the oldest accounting firm in Fort Myers. Warren later became a partner in Taylor, Edenfield, Gilliam & Wiltshire until its acquisition in 1982 by Coopers & Lybrand. Warren has served on the board of directors for the local chapters of the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, United Way of Lee County campaign committee and officer, and director of Pop Warner football. He is a founding member of Cypress Lake County Club and worked with the Gator Boosters.

Steven R. Whitley, CPA was raised in Winter Haven and graduated from Stetson University. In 1975, he moved to Fort Myers to join Taylor, Edenfield, Gilliam & Wiltshire. Following the acquisition by Coopers & Lybrand in 1982, Rusty became the partner in charge of tax services for the firm’s Southwest Florida operations. He is a former trustee of the Southwest Florida Community Foundation, and former president and program chair of the Speakers Assembly of Southwest Florida. Rusty served as a board member for the Uncommon Friends Foundation, The Charles A. and Anne Morrow Foundation, the local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America and Classic Basketball, Inc., which founded the City of Palms Classic. Additionally, he is a former member of the Episcopal Diocesan Council and finance committee chair for the Diocese of Southwest Florida. Rusty was named Distinguished Citizen of the Year by the Southwest Florida Council – Boy Scouts of America in 2005 and was named an Honorary Lifetime Member of the Uncommon Friends Foundation in 2007.

Robert G. Richardson, CPA is a native of Fort Myers and a graduate of Fort Myers High School. In 1974, he graduated from Florida State University. Following military service, Bob joined Gilliam, Gilliam & Wiltshire, as the firm was named at that time. Bob later became a partner in the business, which grew to Gilliam, Wiltshire & Girardin and Richardson. Bob is a former board member of the Kiwanis Club of Fort Myers, the American Red Cross of Lee County, R.Q. Richards Foundation, Visiting Nurses Association of Southwest Florida, Inc. and Christian Education of St. Michael Lutheran Church.

Joseph C. English, CPA is an Alva native and Alva High School, graduate. Joe is a descendant of one of Lee County’s oldest pioneer families and still has an interest in the homestead the family settled in back in the 1870s. He served one tour in Vietnam and is a graduate of the University of Florida. In 1973, he joined Taylor, Edenfield, Gilliam & Wiltshire. He remains active in his family agricultural business as a cattle rancher and citrus grower. Joe is a member of the Gulf Citrus Growers Association, serving as treasurer of its scholarship fund. He is a past president of the Lehigh Acres chapter of Rotary International and former member of the Horizon Council, Lee County’s economic advisory board.
